Vertical heat oil transfer pump is an ideal pump for heat exchange equipment as the heat oil circulating pump. LRY vertical heat conduction oil pump is with magnetic drive and has no leakage. Motor shaft and pump shaft have no contact, no friction so LRY vertical heat conduction oil pump has the advantages of lower noise, more stable performance, longer service life, no leakage etc. The working temperature is up 400 degree Celsius.

LRY Vertical heat conduction oil pump adopts the same base plate to connect the pump head and motor. The concentricity is higher than ordinary heat conduction oil pump. The connection flanges are at both ends of the support base. LRY Vertical heat conduction oil pump not only saves the installation space but also eliminates the influence of radial force on the bearing of heat conduction pump to extending the service  life of the bearing. The inlet and outlet flanges are in the parallel ways. The installation is more convenient.

LRY Vertical heat conduction oil pump adopts the water cooling structure to have simple structure, small volume, save operating cost, good performance, reliable use. It is for the single stage single suction cantilever feet support structure.

LRY Vertical heat conduction oil pump is supported by the structure of double end ball bearing. The front end is lubricated by lubricating oil and the back end is lubricated by grease. There is an oil pipe in the middle to observe the sealing situation and recover the heat conduction oil at any time.

Seals features:

1.      Packing seal and mechanical seal combined form.

Packing sea with high temperature resistant packing has good thermal adaptability and mechanical seal uses hard alloy material with high mechanical strength to ensure high temperature resistance .

2.      Lip seal uses PTFE material to have better corrosion resistance.
